Cons
The Bottom Line - Compared with other server-based weblog platforms like Movable Type (MT) and Greymatter, WordPress is relatively easier to install. It also doesn't take up as much server space. With a great interface and powerful features, it's no wonder it's the most popular blog software available. Description
Review WordPress is easier to set up compared with other server-based weblog platforms like Movable Type (MT) and Greymatter. The online text editor also makes it easy for people with no HTML coding experience to come up with well formatted blog entries. One of my favorite features in WordPress that MT and Greymatter do not have is the instant updates of one's weblog with no need to rebuild. As anyone with a huge weblog (with lots of entries) knows, rebuilding to show the latest edits or updates of one's weblog can take a lot of time. Rebuilding can especially drag on if you need to edit/update several entries at the same time. Its ability to customised makes it a powerful and flexible platform that is highly recommended.
